Where we can’t ship

Kratom is banned outright in these places, so we don’t ship there — whatever the product — and checkout won’t accept an address in them. The list moves as laws change, and we keep it current. Some cities and counties set their own rules too, so check yours.

What shows up at your door

A plain, unmarked package. Nothing on the outside says what’s inside, and there’s no signature to sign — it arrives like any other piece of mail.

Why we don’t promise delivery dates

The one promise we make is the one we control: most orders ship within 1 business day. After that, the timing belongs to the carrier — and a delivery date printed on a website is just a guess that becomes a broken promise the day the mail runs late. Questions about an order? Text us — a real person answers.

Free shipping, and how to get there

Orders over $125 ship free. Many products have bulk pricing — the per-unit price drops as you add more, and you can mix flavors — so the free-shipping line is usually one or two items away. Your cart shows exactly how far you are. Browse the menu →

Shipping, answered

Do you ship to my state?
Almost certainly. We ship nationwide from San Diego to every state except Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, D.C., Wisconsin — places where kratom is banned outright. Checkout won’t accept an address in those states. Some cities and counties set their own rules, so check yours.
How much is shipping?
$6.95 flat on any order, and free once your order is over $125. The exact amount shows at checkout before you place anything.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $50. Below that, packing and postage cost more than the order is worth.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. We don’t promise a delivery date: once a package leaves us, the timing is the carrier’s, and a date we printed would only be a guess.
How will my order be packaged?
In a plain, unmarked package with nothing on the outside about what’s inside. No signature is needed, so it arrives like any other mail.
I have a question about my order — who do I ask?
Text us. A real person answers.
Do you ship to California?
Yes. We’re based in San Diego and ship anywhere in California.
