These terms cover every order placed at kratom619.com (“Kratom619,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Who can order
- You must be 21 or older. By ordering, you confirm that you, and anyone receiving the package, are 21+.
- We only ship to places where these products are legal. Checkout won’t accept an address in: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, D.C., Wisconsin. Some cities and counties set their own rules — you’re responsible for knowing the law where you live.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, including one to an address where the products are restricted. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, you get a full refund.
Products
We sell packaged botanical products made by third-party brands, sold as labeled. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice; talk to a doctor before trying any new product, especially if you take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a health condition. Keep products away from children and pets.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time; you pay the price shown when you place your order. Orders have a $50 minimum.
- Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Orders ship once payment is received.
Shipping
- Shipping is $6.95 flat, and free on orders over $125.
- Most orders ship within 1 business day, in plain, unmarked packaging with no signature required.
- Once an order is with the carrier, delivery timing is up to them — we don’t guarantee arrival dates.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be waived.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in effect when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
